Purchases and Payments
If you purchase “Artwork” or “Merchandise” through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
You represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with the Purchase and (2) the information you provide is true, correct and complete.
Service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
Pippin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order, or other reasons.
Pippin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Returns and Refunds
You have seven (7) days from receiving your Artwork to request an “Exchange.” Pippin will assist you in selecting another edition of equal value that suits your space. If you proceed with the Exchange, the original piece must be securely packed, insured, and returned. A 20% restocking fee will apply to offset Pippin’s costs, including expenses for the creation of the Exchanged work, shipping, and credit card processing fees.
